200 gr. from margarina
¾ cup of cocoa
02 cup of sugar
04 eggs
11/2 cup of flour without preparing
01 cdta. of baking powder
01 cup of sinks chopped or minced raisins
impalpable sugar

2. To this mixture add the coconut and then the eggs one by one, beat well between one and the other.

3. Then incorporate the previously sifted flour and baking powder, in an enveloping form, finally add the pecans or raisins.

4. pour the mixture into a chopo greased and floured.

5. Bring to a moderate oven to which you have previously heated for 20 to 25 minutes, try if you are already introducing a finite knife at the ends and it comes out clean.

8. 1. The flour used for these brownies is unprepared (that is, it has no baking powder or other extras within its composition). The Brownie is Chato, thats why unprepared flour is used. The baking powder is mixed with the flour so that the texture is soft without inflation so much.

9. 2. Cold the flour mixed with the baking powder about 3 times, that will make it come out soft.

10. 3. I could not tell you the exact temperature but in general, any dessert goes well at 180º C.
