Brioche Torrijas Recipe

1 Brioche bread bun (250 g)

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of white sugar

Ingredients to make brioche torrijas:

1. To start with the caramelized brioche to tortic recipe, first place the liquid cream or milk in a saucepan along with the cinnamon branch, white sugar and lemon skin, take them to boil. When the mixture begins to boil, discuss it from fire and let it infuse covered until it is turned.

6. Fry the homemade toast until they are brown on both sides. Then reserve them on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.





7. To make caramelized torrijas, newly made place them on another plate without paper, sprink Gold Brown.



Trick: You can caramelize the toasts without a torch putting them in the oven with the grill at 220 ºC in the upper rack for a few minutes once you have sprinkled the sugar on top and a few drops of water.

8. Place the candid toast caramelized on the dish where you are going to serve them and accompany them with vanilla ice cream for example, an exquisite combination.





9. Try to make this last step and serve the candid brioche bread torrijas at the time so that they are better, but sugar will be softened and will not be the same as recently made.
