Bretona cake recipe

There are people who identify it with the famous Bilbao rice cake. In a bowl all the ingredients are put (having melted the butter before, and being temperate, pulling cold).

Ingredients to make Breton cake:
4 UD. egg
1 glass flour
1 sugar glass
125 gr. butter
1 glass glass of time

flour to spread the mold

Ingredients to make Breton cake:

2. Be beat well, but not too strong with the blender. Once the ingredients are well mixed.

3. Introduce them into a mold that has previously been placed butter and flour so that the dough does not stick.

4. It gets into the middle oven (170º-180º), for 30/40 minutes. Once it is curdled, it is taken and is expected to cool.
