Ingredients to make bread with mother dough:

1. To make our homemade bread with a mother and fresh yeast dough, we will first make the day the mother dough. To do this, dilute the bakers yeast in part of the 400 ml of warm water.

6. past the rest time, add 125 grams of the mother mass that we had fermenting, the yeast of crumbled baker, salt and half of the reserved water. Knead the bread with mother and yeast dough, folding and stretching the dough several times. Do it preferably at a well -floured work table, just like our hands. Here we will have to see that the dough is not excessively sticky, so we will add more flour, or very dry, so we will add the remaining water.



Trick: The rest of the mother mass can be saved in the refrigerator and reuse for other bread bars. Remove a while before the fridge to temper it every time we are going to use it.





7. When the dough of homemade bread with mother dough can already be done well, make a ball with it, cover with a cloth, and let stand for 2 h 30 min.





8. past the rest time of our bread with mother and yeast dough, divide the dough into two. Give it oval shape, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.





9. Lining a tray with baking paper and flouring slightly, in it we will put our bread with mother and yeast dough. We will give it an elongated form, we will cover it with a cloth and let it rise again 1 hour and 30 minutes.





10. Preheat the oven at 200 ºC. Put a bowl with water at the oven base. And to finish our homemade bread with fresh mother and yeast dough, we are going to make diagonal cuts wide and others along with a knife to the breads. Bake the bread with mother dough for 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool in a rack.
