1.5 Kg. Of Panifiable Flour (Normal Flour) 500 gr. of integral flour 500 gr. of fermented dough (you can buy in any bakery) 2 bunches of parsley (200 gr.) 1 bunch of onion (stirfritos, 150 gr.) 1 teaspoon of dry marjoram (only the leaves) 100 gr. of powdered milk 50 gr. of olive oil 1.2 L. of water 45 gr. of salt 30 gr. of yeast in pressed |
Ingredients to make bread to fine herbs:
2. It kneads about 10 minutes and gradually adding the fermented dough in small quantities. Once kneaded it is fermented for 1 hour.
3. Wear after 30 minutes and fold the dough. Let ferment the remaining 30 minutes. After that time the portions are made and they allow them to ferment.
4. well covered with a cloth and far from the air currents, for 1 hour, until it has folded its volume.
5. It is baked with well-painted pieces of water at a temperature of 210/220ºC. during 20 minutes.
