Black grape cake recipe

1st. Wash the grape, drain it and put it in a bowl.

Ingredients to make black grape cake:
For 4 people ::
1 timbale of broken pasta
500 gr. of black grape without seeds
1 lemon
50 gr. of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 glass of liquid cream
3 eggs
Quebrada Pasta (for the base) ::
170 gr. of butter
270 gr. of flour
1 egg
100 gr. of sugar
the zest of a lemon

Ingredients to make black grape cake:

2. Add half of the lemon juice and sugar.

3. Let macerate for 1 hour.

4. 2nd. Lining a grown pasta mold, clicking it with a fork and putting a weight of legumes (chickpeas).

5. Bake 12 minutes.

6. 3rd. In a separate bowl, dissolve the flour with three tablespoons of water.

7. Add the cream and eggs.

8. Beat the set.

9. 4th. Add the grape with your juice and sprinkle with the rest of the lemon.

10. 5th. Remove the legumes from the mold.

11. 6th. Pour the grape mixture into the mold and bake about 30 minutes or until you see that it is set.

12. Knead all ingredients (of broken pasta).

13. Do not extend.

14. Let stand 3.5 hours. To extend. Bake up.
