Biscuit recipe with three milks

Ingredients to cake with three milks:
100 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
100 grams of soft butter
100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

100 grams of milk cream

Ingredients to cake with three milks:

1. Before getting to work, we grease the mold with butter and sprinkle some flour to prevent the cake from stuck during cooking. We select a mold about 16 cm in diameter.

2. Now we start! We introduce butter, sugar and eggs into a bowl, and beat with electric rods or hand blender to integrate. You can also use manual rods and beat vigorously if you don have any kitchen robot.

3. Once the previous ingredients have been integrated, add the essence of vanilla and continue beating. Then, incorporate the flour and mix with a spatula or spoon, making enveloping movements to prevent it from shooting. So that the mass of the cake for three milks is softer, you can sift the flour before adding it to the bowl.

4. Pour the mixture on the greased mold and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 170 ºC. The ideal is to heat the oven in advance so that when cooking the cake is already hot.

5. When the cake is ready, retire it from the oven and let it be turned. Meanwhile, prepare the three -milk cream by beating them all to integrate them completely.

6. When the cake is tempered, perform small holes throughout the surface with the help of a fork. Then, pour the three milk cream and let the cake rest until it absorbs it completely. For this step it is better not to remove the mold cake.

7. When the three milky cake is ready, peel and cut the kiwis into slices, drain the tangerines of the syrup and wash the strawberries well. If you prefer, you can also use the strawberries in syrup, or choose any other fruit that is liked, the decoration is completely free!

8. In addition to the fruits, you can prepare a whipped cream, such as meringue or chantillí cream to cover the sponge cake of three milks and, on the cream layer, distribute strawberries, tangerines, etc. Clever!
