Ingredients to make egg -free torrijas or vegan milk:
1. In a pot we put the rice milk to be boiled with a piece of lemon peel and a cinnamon branch piece. Once it starts boiling, we remove it from fire and let it cool.
Trick: You can use rice milk or any other vegetable milk such as soybean to make vegan toasts.
2. While rice milk begins to boil, we cut the half bar of diagonal slices (not straight) of a thick finger.
