Ingredients to make bananas cake with thermomix:
250 g of ripe bananas
200 g of sugar
4 eggs
1 Pizco of salt
70g of olive oil 0.4 º
200 g of flour
4 teaspoons of yeast powder (royal)
sugar glaze to sprinkle

Ingredients to make bananas cake with thermomix:

1. Crush bananas, sugar and salt pizco at an average speed 5-6.

2. Add the eggs and place the butterfly in the blades.

3. Beat for 4-5 minutes at speed 1.

4. Add the oil and mix it to the anterior paste at a minimum speed 1-2.

5. Add the flour mixed with yeast.

6. Bake 30-40 minutes at 175º -180º until it is cooked inside. ¡
