Ingredients to make Banana Fit Buddine:
1. To start with the Buddin or Banana Fit cake, peel the banana and divide it a half in the mold where you will cook the Buddine, previously greased and floured and another half to use in the filling. You can also reserve half banana to add it to the end on the Buddine, instead from underneath, or use it all in the filling.
Trick: If your banana is not mature enough, take it to the oven with your peel until it is completely black. This will make the taste more intense and sweet.
2. Beat the eggs until they are sparkling. At this time, add the sweetening sweetener cooking and the oil -shaped oil while continuing to be beating to integrate.
3. When you have your milkshake ready, add the banana stepped with honey and reserve.
