½ cup of flour 0000
0.7 cup of whole wheat flour (105 grams)
1 banana
1 egg
½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

Ingredients to make Banana Fit Buddine:

1. To start with the Buddin or Banana Fit cake, peel the banana and divide it a half in the mold where you will cook the Buddine, previously greased and floured and another half to use in the filling. Trick: If your banana is not mature enough, take it to the oven with your peel until it is completely black. This will make the taste more intense and sweet.
