Ingredients to make banana and chocolate muffins:
1. Mix the flour with bicarbonate and sugar in a bowl. If we use common flour, we sift it, while if we use integral flour we will have to integrate air stirring vigorously with manual rods. Being a type of unrefined flour, it is not sifted well. On the other hand, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC with heat up and down and place the paper capsules for muffins in the molds.
