Ingredients to make banana and oats muffins:

3. We add the panela, also known as unrefined cane sugar, and integrate with the same rods. We can add more or less panela, or replace this ingredient with agave syrup if we want the recipe for oat and banana muffins to remain healthy. If we don care, we can use normal sugar.
