Ingredients to make auyama homemade cake:
1. boil the auyama and drain it. Then, when it has cooled, it is crushed with the help of a fork or papuré until you get a soft texture, like that of a puree. As we commented, in other countries, Auyama is known as pumpkin.
2. Apart, mix the butter with the sugar and, little by little, see eggs, powdered milk and flour. You can use a blender to make the mixture, electric or manual rods. Also add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence to taste.
Trick: School the flour so that the Auyama cake is more spongy.
3. Finally, add the auyama previously crushed to the previous mixture and intake. The mass of this home cake should be soft and as homogeneous as possible.
