Ingredients to make Argentine sweet bread:
1. We gather all the ingredients to make the Argentine sweet bread.
2. In a large bowl we mix the flour, salt, yeast, sugar and butter about ointment. We move with our hand mixing all the ingredients until they integrate well.
3. In another container we mix the beaten eggs with milk and essences.
4. We incorporate the egg mixture with the flour and create a dough with the hands to continue with the sweet bread recipe.
5. We cover the dough and let stand for 2 hours.
6. We extend the dough with our hands and add the chopped nuts and blueberries.
7. We roll the sweet bread as if it were a gypsy arm and cut the dough into 3 equal portions.
8. We put each dough in a mold for sweet bread or panettone. We make a cross with a knife and let stand for 1 hour.
Trick: We have made the mold with aluminum foil.
9. We paint each portion of Argentine bread and put them in the oven at 130ºC for approximately 1 hour. In the same oven tray we introduced a container with water so that the sweet bread does not dry too much.
