Apple and nut -cake recipe

Ingredients to make apple and nutmeg cake:
2 cups of wheat flour, cernida
100 grams of butter
1/4 cup of ice water
1/2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
7 cups of green apples, peeled and games in very thin slices
1 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients to make apple and nutmeg cake:

2. Place the butter in the container and, with a fork, Pápala mixing it with the flour until they are seen in small pieces.

3. Little by little spray with the water until it has moistened and form the dough in a ball.

4. Divide the dough into equal parts and on a floured surface extends a half until it has a circle of 30 cm in diameter.

5. Place the extended dough on the mold, it must be left over on the sides.

6. Apart, mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and apples. Place this mixture in the mold lined with the dough and cut the excess dough.

7. One the mass that left over with the remaining half and extends on a floured surface until it has a circle that covers the mold, must leave a surplus about 2 cm approximately.

8. Place on the mold, seal the edges by pressing with the fingers and make some small cuts in the center so that the steam comes out. Take out to the oven and see until golden.
