Apple and cinnamon cake recipe

For cake:
3 units of medium apples (450 gr approx.) Flour for biscuits
180 milliliters of milk (¾ cup)

110 grams of flour
3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

2 teaspoons of water

Ingredients to make apple and cinnamon cake:

1. We will start our apple cake by Cinnamons crispy. To do this, we mix the flour with the cinnamon powder and butter in a bowl. To make this task easier, we chop the butter at room temperature, as seen in the image, and mix with the fingertips.





2. Once the previous ingredients are mixed, add the brown sugar and continue mixing with our hands.





3. To continue with the preparation of the crispy, we put one or two tablespoons of water and form a ball with the dough obtained. We cover it completely with film paper and reserve it in the freezer. The ball is necessary to freeze.





4. Now we go for the apple cake. We peel the apples and remove the hearts. Then, we cut them into not very thick segments, look at photography.





5. Once cut, take a pot, introduce the water with the sugar and leave it to the fire until it boils. When the boiling point reaches, we introduce the apples, we lower the heat, cover the pot and let them cook for approximately 10 minutes, until the apples are soft. We drain and reserve for later.





6. We take a large bowl and beaten with the electric rods the butter with the sugar until you get a soft mixture to an ointment. Then, we incorporate the eggs one by one and still beat. It is important not to add the second egg until the first is fully integrated.

8. Once the flour is integrated, we pour the remaining milk and continue mixing. Then, the rest of flour. We preheat the oven to 180-190ºC.





9. We review Cinnamons crispy to make sure it is frozen. We take an elongated mold, I used a 30×11 cm., And we grease and flour. We add two thirds of the dough extending it well. Then, we incorporate a layer of apples and cover with the rest of the dough.





10. Apart, we grat the cinnamon ball with a grater to obtain rather thick chips. We cover the upper part of the cake with the coverage of cinnamon grated and bake the apple cake for approximately 50 minutes.
