Apple and chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients to make apple and chocolate cake:

1. The first will be to prepare all the ingredients. We will also put the oven at 180º C so that when it is time to cook our apple and chocolate cake, it is already slightly hot.





2. We prepare an elongated mold, we spread it with butter and flour slightly. This elongated mold is the typical Plum Cake mold, you can also wear molds for cakes or the round classic.





3. To prepare the apples, we wash them very well, peel and grat them on the thick side of the grater.





4. On the other hand we mix the dry ingredients, we put in a bowl the sifted flour along with the yeast, cinnamon and mix it.





5. In a separate bowl, we beat the eggs and sugar until they integrate completely into a homogeneous mixture.





6. We put the mixture of the flour and join everything little by little, with soft and enveloping movements.





7. Next, we add the melted butter to the dough. To melt it we can heat it in the microwave at intervals of 30 seconds.





8. Now its time to incorporate the filling of our home cake. We start putting the grated apples. We mix it very well.





9. Then we add the chocolate nuggets and fly to mix so that they are uniformly distributed in the mixture.





10. We empty the entire mass of our apple cake in the mold. As you can see, the ideal is that the mold is not completely filled, as seen in the photo.





11. We put a few extra chocolate pepitas on top and put it in the oven to cook for about 45 minutes. Remember not to open the oven during the first 15 minutes of cooking of the apple cake with chocolate sparks.
