Anise fried donut recipe

In a sweep we beat the egg, add ¼ deciliter of sunflower oil, water, anise and mix well. Then we also mix with sugar and yeast.

Ingredients to make fries of anise:
1 egg
½ kilo of flour
¼ Deciliter of sunflower oil
¼ deciliter of water
30 grams of sugar
5 grams of anise in essence
5 grams of yeast
100 grams of sugar Glass to decorate
1 l of oil of oil Sunflower, to fry the donuts

Ingredients to make fries of anise:

2. Little by little we add the flour until a fine dough is left. Let stand 15 minutes. We have some portions that we will stretch, forming snakes and closing them in round to shape donuts.
