Ingredients to make anise and lemon cake:
1. Let all the ingredients ready, so that the lemon scratches and express it before starting. It should be noted that for this traditional cake we will use anise in grain, as used for pastry, especially in Andalusian areas.
2. Place the flour, anise and baking powder or chemical yeast and mix well. Reserve and preheat the oven to 180 ºC with heat up and down.
