1 Big or half egg egg
30 grams of integral flour
20 grams of maicena
20 grams of oats of oats
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
15 grams of sugar
15 grams of oil
60 grams of dulce de leche

Ingredients to make alfajores de oatmes and cornstarch:

1. To start with the recipe for the alfajores de oatmes and cornstarch, first light the oven at 180 ºC. Then, in a container, beat the oil with the sugar. When the ingredients are dissolved, add the egg and beat a little more to make a whitish foam. Then, condition it with the essence of vanilla and, if you wish, zest of some citrus: lemon, grapefruit, orange or tangerine. Reserve it.

2. Mix the dry ingredients of this recipe, that is: flour, oatmeal, cornstarch and the pinch of salt. You can replace the oatmeal flakes of this cereal.

4. With floured hands, take a tablespoon of dough, make balls of the same size and crush them in a roasting, previously greased and floured, to make the covers of your alfajores. Cook them in the oven to 180 ºC approximately 10 minutes, until they are slightly golden.





5. Once warm or cold, spread one of the tapas with the sweet you have chosen to make your alfajores. In this case, Dulce de Milk, but you can replace it with chocolate ganache, peanut butter or fruit jam, among other examples. Then, cover it with another cookie.
