Ingredients to make vegetarian empanadas:
6 covers of vegetarian empanadas or veganas
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of mushrooms
1 handful of spinach
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 egg (to paint)

Ingredients to make vegetarian empanadas:
