Ingredients to make vegetarian arepas:

1. To start with the recipe for vegetarian arepas, you must first prepare the dough. To do this, add two cups of cornmeal, oil and salt to a container. 5. When you see that one of the parts is cooked, you must turn it around. Repeat the process with the other part and take them away. Let them rest for 10 minutes to open them.





6. For the filling of vegetarian arepas, you must chop in Brunoisse, that is, in small cubes, onion, belli and garlic clove.





7. Heat the oil in the pan over high heat and add the garlic, immediately that brown, also adds the bell on and onion.
