The Gyozas are a type of typical dumps of Asian and very popular gastronomy in countries such as China, Japan and Korea. Ingredients to make vegetable gyozas:
1. To prepare the vegan gyozas you will need fine mass wafers that are called Gyozas skin (Gyoza Skin) and that you can find in any Asian supermarket. They come in frozen format, therefore you must take them out of the freezer a little earlier.
2. Put the soapy soy soak, in warm water for half an hour. Next, the soybeans drain very well by eliminating all the liquid as possible.
3. Cut the eggplant, carrot, tomato and onion in small dice to prepare the vegan gyozas filling.
4. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the onion, garlic and ginger. When the onion is transparent, add the tomato and sauté it.
