½ onion
10 raw prawns
50 grams of mushrooms

Ingredients to make spring rolls with rice wafers:

1. First we wash and chop the onion, carrot and cabbage, all in small pieces. So, to make the vegetable filling, we put a pan over low heat with a little oil and when it is hot we add all these ingredients.





2. When the vegetables are sautés add the prawns and mushrooms, the first peeled and chopped. We season with a little soy sauce and a little pepper. We let it cook all about ten minutes and turn off the heat. I do not put salt since the soy sauce is quite salty.





3. To continue with the preparation of home spring rolls, its time to soften rice wafers and form the rolls. For that, we immerse them in a bowl with hot water until they are soft, then we stretch them in a clean kitchen cloth And we fill with the vegetables, forming the typical rolls, as seen in the photo.





4. We cover a pan with very hot oil and fry the spring rolls carefully not to break. The rice wafer is very fine so they will be right away. We preserve on absorbent paper to eliminate excess oil and voila.
