1. We start having spinach. If we have not put them to defrost in advance, we put water to heat in a casserole and, when it breaks to boil, immerse them and leave them until they let go. We drain the water and press well so that they release all the liquid, whether we have boiled them and if we have previously defrosted them. We reserve.

2. Next, we prepare the prawns. To do this, we remove their heads, legs and peel them. We try that there are no remains and we reserve them to continue with the spinach and cheese puff pastry recipe.
