Spinach and cheese cake recipe

On this occasion I bring you a spinach and cheese cake, a good option to introduce the vegetables and make the little ones consume them. This spinach salty cake is without a base, although we can also prepare it by putting a dough base, puff pastry, etc. However, to make the recipe lighter, I have decided to omit the base, it is also very good! Thus, I have only put the spinach, low fat cheese and a little grated cheese to give it a little more flavor. 1 package of frozen or fresh spinach
3 units of eggs
200 milliliters of evaporated milk
4 tablespoons of shake cheese low in fat
100 grams of grated cheese (optional)
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make spinach and cheese cake:

1. We prepare all the ingredients to make the spinach cake without faster dough.





2. We cook the spinach. If they are fresh, we saute them a little in the pan with a little oil.





3. In a bowl we put the 3 eggs, evaporated milk and beaten cheese, and stir it to continue with the recipe of the spinach cake and light cheese.





4. We put grated cheese, salt and pepper, and continue mixing. The amount of cheese to your liking.





5. We crush everything with the electric blender to obtain a homogeneous mass.





6. We drain the spinach well and add them little by little to the mixture of the bowl. The amount will also be to taste.





7. We add the entire mixture in a mold suitable for the oven; I used one of silicone. We put a little more grated cheese on top if we want the spinach and cheese cake to be gratin.





8. Bake the spinach and cheese cake at 180 ºC, putting the tray in the middle of the oven up and down. Depending on the type of oven, it will take about 20-30 minutes to be done.





9. When the cake is golden above, we take out and check if it is also done inside. If so, we remove it from the oven and let it temper. And ready to eat!
