Ingredients to make sausage ceviche:
1. cut the sausages into slices and then each slice in four pieces if they are thick, if they are rather thin sausages simply cut the slices in half.
2. Pica the purple onion in not very small pieces. To do this, cut it first in sheets and then in half. And if you prefer that the sausage ceviche is finer, you can chop the even smaller ingredients, to your liking!
3. Pica also the other ingredients in small paintings, that is, the green pepper, the cucumber, the avocado and the tomato.
4. Enter in a container all the previous and remaining ingredients in this order: first the tomato juice, then salt, oil, ketchup, chili or pepper and, finally, lemon juice. Remove well, cover with film paper and let the sausage ceviche macere for 30 minutes in the fridge.
