I had never tried the combination of left over and honey and I loved it. That contrast between the sweet of honey and the salty of the leftover, accompanied by the crispy and soft presence of the puff pastry is simply wonderful. Despite what it may seem, these Canapés of Sobrasada with honey are a light bite. To start and not stop, go 🙂 I prepared these salty stuffed tartlets for my husbands birthday and disappeared instantly. My whole family complained about how scarce they had been, hehe. For next time I have to do at least double because they are sensational!

Ingredients to make salty stuffed puffisting – with sobrasada and honey:
1. First, to elaborate these mini puff pastries stuffed salty in a bowl we mix the leftover and honey until a uniform dough. Now in summer there is no problem, but when it is colder, if the honey is very dense we can put it for a few seconds to the microwave until it is fluid and suitable for mixing.
2. Fill the original salty puff pastry generously, and sprinkle some sesame seeds above. We then put the volovanes left over with baked honey at 160 ºC about 8-10 minutes, so that the puff pastry is dyed from the color of the leftover.
