Roasted tongue recipe

Ingredients to make roasted tongue:

1. Rinse the tongue, cut it in the pressure cooker for half an hour with salt, smell herbs and half onion. When the tongue is smooth withdraw it from the heat and lets out.





2. Once warm, remove the surface skin layer, it is very easy only with a very sharp knife and then pull this skin.





3. Once clean, beaten with a sharp sliced knife or do it in pieces as your preference. Heat the oil and fry slightly and remove the tongue, heat the tortillas in the same pan so that they are with little oil. Serve accompanied by the coriander and chopped onion and add your sauce. You can already enjoy these tongue tacos.
