Rescos of beef tacos

The typical Mexican food today is very present in all the snacks that we can get in the streets of the city. If you are Mexican, you know that the first thing that comes to mind when listening to that are delicious shepherd tacos, steak, Suadero … Anyway, it would not end up naming them. A few days ago I tried some tacos that I had never encouraged to try because I did not know if I would like and to my surprise, they were very delicious! They can enjoy them at home. The process to know how to do DF style guts is a bit late but it is worth waiting to enjoy this delicious Mexican delicacy accompanied by a delicious taquera sauce, and chopped coriander and onion.

Ingredients to make beef tacos:
1 kilogram of beef gut
250 grams of corn
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped coriander
2 cloves of garlic
5 laurel leaves
1 tablespoon dessert of salt

Ingredients to make beef tacos:

1. The first step we have to do is gather the necessary ingredients to taste and prepare the recipe for very Mexican beef tacos.





2. We perfectly wash the beef gut inside and out. Do not spare time in this step because it is very important that this meat is as clean as possible.





3. In a pot we add water and place the meat with a little salt, onion, bay leaf and garlic, and let boil until the meat is perfectly cooked, about 90-120 minutes approximately.





4. Once the gut boiled we drain it and leave in not very small pieces. Next, in a saucepan we add the butter and when it is melted we put the meat to fry and wait another 15 minutes. This depends on what point you prefer to eat the meat of the beef tacos, if slightly fried or very fried.





5. Finally we heat some corn tortillas and prepare the traditional beef guts accompanied with a rich red taquera, onion and coriander sauce finely chopped. Bon Appetite!
