Ingredients to make red chilaquiles with chicken:
4 jitomates
5 chile guajillos clean
1 chile serrano
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of onion
1 branch of epazote
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cube of chicken broth

Ingredients to make red chilaquiles with chicken:

1. Prepare the sauce for red chilaquiles with chicken. Cook in water the tomatoes and the Serrano Chile. When it breaks to boil, add the guajillos chiles and boil for 3 minutes.
