Ingredients to make vegetable fajitas with rice:

1. We separate the broccoli in branches, steamed or boiled for 5 minutes to soften a little. Apart, to continue with the preparation of the vegan fajitas filling, we grat the carrot, cut the roasted peppers in strips and sliced ​​pickles.
