Ingredients to make vegan lentil croquettes:
1. Wash the lentils and then drain. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. If you want a tastier stew, add 1 red or green pepper and 5 garlic cloves. You can also add natural tomato or homemade tomato sauce and carrot. Tomato and carrot, give the stew a very good flavor but also limit the conservation time of the lentils after cooked. Prepare a saucepan, pour enough water to cover the lentils. Cook over medium heat until the legumes are tender, then add more water if necessary.
