Rebozed Tempeh Recipe

If you wonder what the Tempeh is, you should know that it is a substitute for animal protein made based on fermented soybeans. It has multiple benefits for our health and its consumption is highly recommended, although when preparing it many people have doubts. That is why I share this simple and quick recipe in recipes that consists of mouths of Tempeh battered in yogurt tempura with spices and aromatic condiments. For the marinado I have mainly used the soy yogurt, ginger, garlic and the mixture of Hindu Tandoi Masala spices, since many dishes of the gastronomy of India that use yogurt carry this mixture. Ingredients to make booped Tempeh:
250 grams of tempeh
1 small glass of soy yogurt
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
1 water jet
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon soup of apple vinegar
½ teaspoon of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon flour soup
½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper pepper
1 teaspoon of tandoori masla (optional)

Ingredients to make booped Tempeh:

1. To prepare the tempura for the stroke mixture in a bowl the yogurt with chopped garlic and ginger, the lemon juice, a jet of water, the flour and all the spices and condiments: the paprika, the salt, the pepper , sugar, onion powder and vinegar.
