300 grams of mushrooms ostra 150 milliliters of soy milk 75 milliliters of natural soybean yogurt 1 jet of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of salt 150 grams of wheat flour 1 pinch of black pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika Ahumado 1 teaspoon of garlic powder ½ teaspoon of pepper cayena 1 teaspoon of onion powder |

Ingredients to make booked mushrooms:
1. To prepare the vegan booped mixed in a bowl yogurt, soy milk, lemon juice and salt. Let stand several minutes.
2. Add the mushrooms to the bowl with the mixture, cover them well and let it macerate for 1 hour. In this way, the rebozed mushroom recipe will have much more flavor.
3. In another bowl mix the flour with pepper, paprika and garlic powder and onion powder.
4. Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and rebound them one by one with the flour mixture.
5. Heat a pan with oil and fry the booked mushrooms, turn them with the tweezers until they brown well.
6. Place the mushrooms already fried on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
