Quiche recipe with sweet potato

This time I share a simple dish, full of flavor and color. It is a quiche without flour (or a salted cake) stuffed with tofu, spinach and many vegetables. But the best thing about this recipe is that I have not used any flours or margarine or other saturated fats to prepare the base. It is totally healthy and is made of sweet potatoes. The filling does not carry the typical ingredients of a quiche – eggs and cream – but still soft and creamy, so if you like healthy food, this version of quiche based on sweet potato will love you!

Ingredients to make quiche with a sweet potato base:
2 orange beasts or sweet potatoes

Ingredients to make quiche with a sweet potato base:

1. Peel the sweet potatoes or sweet potatoes and cut them in fine sheets with a peel.

5. cook the microwave spinach for several minutes or in boiling water then drain in a strainer to remove all the liquid.

6. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the vegetable of the quiche of sweet potato for several minutes to soften.
