In this season of celebrating Holy Week there are a wide variety of dishes that we can try, respecting the tradition of not consuming red meat, so in recipes we present one of our favorites. We are talking about some rich Mexican golden tacos, but not any taco Dorado, if not one stuffed with a rich potato puree and we will also accompany them with a rich tomato sauce for golden potato tacos. Ingredients to make golden potato tacos with tomato sauce:
1. In the following image you can observe the ingredients that we will need for the preparation of these delicious golden potato tacos with tomato sauce, do not lose detail.
2. On the one hand we are going to cook the potato over high heat, this until the pot garlic and like the potato, we put them in boiling water to cook over high heat, and when we observe that the tomato has changed color it will be ready.
3. Once the ingredients are ready for our tomato sauce for golden tacos, we place them in the blender along with a pinch of salt, a pinch of chicken consommé powder and we proceed to mix until you get a homogeneous sauce.
4. We place this green sauce in a saucepan with a little hot oil and let it be cold for 6 minutes over medium heat and reserve a moment, letting it be turned.
5. On the other hand, once the potato is cooked, we remove the shell, place it in a bowl and begin to crush it until it has mashed consistency. To this mashed potato we add some chopped onion, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and ready, we mix very well so that our mash is perfectly seasoned.
6. Now we take our corn tortillas and add a little of the potato puree at one of its ends, and we are forming our Mexican tacos by woring the tortilla, as well as we observe in the following image.
7. Once our tacos is formed, we take them to fry in a pan with very hot oil. Let them cold until golden and once ready, we remove the Mexican golden tacos from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil they could contain.
8. And ready! We serve the golden tacos of potatoes with tomato sauce that we prepare bathed and accompany them with a little sour cream, grated cheese and slugged lettuce.
