Ingredients to make Muhammara:

1. Preheat the oven to the fullest for 10 minutes with the heat at the top. Meanwhile, place the washed and whole peppers in an oven source. When hot, put them at medium height and lower the temperature to 180 ºC. See them turn so that they do not burn and try to end up completely roasted. The cooking will last about 45 minutes depending on each oven.

2. Remove the peppers and put them in a container or pot covered so that the skin comes off and easily. Remove the seeds.

3. Put all the ingredients in a mixer or chopper base. Crush them until you get a thick puree. If you like texture with trips, you can leave the cream halfway.

4. Serve your authentic Muhammara and accompany it from what you like! In this case, we have used small hard wheat cakes called scolds.

Trick: If you like the taste of the mint, you can decorate the cream with mint leaves when serving.
