Meat and corn cake recipe

You should know that it is like eating a classic Porteña empanada, however, in a much simpler format to prepare, since you should not close one by one and make corn tartlets, but you should only use a cake dough. Ingredients to make meat and corn cake:
1 cake mass
500 grams of minced meat
1 large onion
¼ choclo
1 onion of green
25 cubic centimeters of red wine
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 laurel leaf

Ingredients to make meat and corn cake:

1. To start with the meat and corn cake recipe, you must first peel and chop the onion. Next, jump it in a pan over high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and do not move it until it is transparent. When it is transparent, remove, lower the heat halfway and add 1 tablespoon of hot water. When evaporating, repeat the process.





2. While saving the onion, lava and chop the bell on to add it when you have finished the previous step. If necessary, add another tablespoon of hot water and repeat as many times as you want taking into account that, the more times you do it, the sweeter and cooked the vegetable will be.

5. Remove the sauteed and reserve it while saving the other half of the meat. Do not move it until the liquid begins to evaporate and change color, so it will brown and take flavor. Before removing it from the pan, add the red wine and reserve until alcohol evaporates.





6. It season the meat with the condiments that you like the most. In this case, we have used paprika, ground chili, smoked paprika and cumin. The same ingredients that are used in the original recipe for meat empanadas, but you can vary to your liking. Add the washing and chopped green.





7. Add the corn grains to the filling that you have previously cooked, remove and reserve it until it cools. Try it to corroborate that you are rich.





8. Once cold, add the egg and prepare the mold of your meat and corn cake, greasing and covering it with the dough.
