Mass recipe for gyozas

Ingredients to make mass for Gyozas:

1. Save the flour and mix it with salt. To make the mass of homemade gyozas we have used multipurpose wheat flour.





2. Gradually add hot water and mix with a spoon, spatula or fork making circular movements. It is not necessary to boil the water, with heating it a minute in the microwave is enough.





3. When you can, knead with your hands, remove the dough from the bowl and work on the table having spread a little flour. We recommend kneading for 5-10 minutes, or until you observe that the mass for Gyozas is totally homogeneous and smooth.





4. forms a ball, cover it with film paper and leave it in the fridge 2-3 hours or throughout the night. If you do not have so much time, you can leave it 30 minutes in the freezer.
