Ingredients to make leek puff pastry, goat cheese, zucchini and prawns:
1. Chop the leeks and zucchini in small pieces and poach them over low heat with a splash of oil. Important that the cut of the zucchini and the leek is very homogeneous and not make it very large.
2. When the vegetables are almost ready to add the prawns and cook them together with the vegetables. Then add the cream and continue cooking for two more minutes.
3. When the puff pastry is ready, preheat the oven to 200ºC, and extend the puff pastry in the oven tray. Make some cuts on both sides of the dough and put the vegetables in the middle. Add some slices of goat cheese above the filling.
4. braid the puff pastry and apply beaten egg with a brush above the puff pastry.
5. Bake it for approximately 25 minutes. It depends on each oven, you will see what is made because the puff pastry will be brown.
