2 cups of fresh, frozen or canned peas
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make peas and mint hummus:

1. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl or bowl, that is, the peas, the mint, the coriander, the garlic, the cumin, the lemon juice and the salt. If the pea is fresh, cook it boiled for two minutes. In this case I used canned peas.





2. All ingredients, until a homogeneous mixture. You can add some water if you prefer a lighter consistency.
