Guacamole recipe with Granada

I have always liked guacamole but I don know why I had never encouraged me to do it. I have finally done it and also, making a small wink to the East by adding Granada. Since the tomatoes I had were not too good, I thought that so that they did not contribute anything, I better threw something else, and I thought about this fruit. And what a great idea! The sweet touch is great to avocado, contrasts with onion and help in the texture. No doubt great success. I made a large guacamole bowl with Granada and nothing was left over. That was good! Ingredients to make guacamole with Granada:
3 small mature avocados or 2 large
½ red onion not very large
½ granada
1 lima (juice) or half lemon
½ chile green
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander (large)
sal to taste
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cheap cost,

Ingredients to make guacamole with Granada:

1. We chop the onion and chili in small pieces and pass them to a bowl. We squeeze the lime or lemon juice and add it too.

2. We peel the grenade and incorporate the grains into the previous bowl.

3. We peel the avocados and crush them in a mortar. We do not want a puree, we want some pieces to be left, to help with the consistency of guacamole with fruits.

Trick: (It is important that they are very mature)

4. We incorporate the crushed avocados to the anterior bol.

5. Finally, we add the chopped fresh coriander and go to taste. We mix everything very well.

6. We keep the guacamole with Granada in the fridge until a while before serving. You will see how rich it remains as a cold snack or at a pecking dinner. Without a doubt, one of my favorites.
