Ingredients to make gringa to the pastor:
1. To start this simple gringa cake recipe I recommend you have all the ingredients ready in order to facilitate preparation.
2. We disadvantage and perfectly wash the guajillo chiles. Subsequently, we add them to a deep pan with water and a pinch of salt, and boil them over low heat to soften them.
3. Once soft, we drain the peppers and place them in the blender, add the onion, garlic, salt, oregano, fruit juices and apple vinegar. Done this, we crush until we get a homogeneous mixture and reserve to continue with the gringa recipe to the pastor.
