The Green Bolón is a traditional breakfast among the peasants of the Coast of Ecuador. The same name of the dish tells us exactly what it is: a male banana ball, called green cheese. It can also happen that it has both ingredients, which makes it a mixed bowl. There is no specific or unique way to make the bolón green. Bananas can be fry, roast or boil before making them puree. It is also possible to choose between using very green bananas or using a little more mature, which will give it a sweet touch. You can add onion or other herbs. Green bolon ingredients:
1. As in other Ecuadorian recipes, the male banana, or banana to dry, is the main ingredient. Remove the peel and pic them in two.
