The Green Bolón is a traditional breakfast among the peasants of the Coast of Ecuador. The same name of the dish tells us exactly what it is: a male banana ball, called green cheese. 2 green bananas or pintones

Green bolon ingredients:

1. As in other Ecuadorian recipes, the male banana, or banana to dry, is the main ingredient. Remove the peel and pic them in two.
