Greek gyros recipe

Greek gyros ingredients:
For the tzatziki sauce ::
300 grams of Greek yogurt
jugo de half lemon
1 clove of garlic in pasta or chopped finely
1 cucumber
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of dill
For the meat ::
500 grams of chicken breast (also serves pork or lamb)
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of dry oregano
jugo de half lemon
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 jet of oil
1 pinca of salt and pepper to taste

1 tomato en slicjas
1 onion purple in julienne to taste
lettuce leaves to taste

Greek gyros ingredients:

1. To make Greek gyros recipe, first prepare the Tzatziki sauce. To do this, the cucumber scratches and then drains the water with the help of a strainer. This liquid can be used to prepare a green juice.
