Ingredients to make Frankfurt filling puff pastry:
1. We prepare the ingredients. We stretch the puff pastry and cut it into 6 parts, we pass through the pan a little the sausages (this is optional) or use them without cooking previously, we have the prepared cheese slices and the egg we beat and reserve it.
2. We put in each rectangle of puff pastry a piece of cheese in slices.
3. on top of the sausages. The Frankfurts will put themselves on one side of the puff pastry, as seen in the photo.
4. We started winding the puff pastry in Frankfurt with cheese.
5. It must be well rolled and with the completely sealed edges.
6. We put paper to bake on a tray and, above, the puff pastry scrolls stuffed with Frankfurt.
7. We paint the rolls with the beaten egg, with the help of a kitchen brush.
8. Above, we sprinkle sesame seeds, grated cheese …, whatever we want!
9. We introduce the puff pastry scrolls with baked frankfurt at 180 ºC, placing the tray in the middle of the oven, and we leave them until golden.
