Cream mushroom recipe

350 grams of mushrooms
25 grams of butter. grated

Ingredients to make cream mushrooms:

1. Derret the butter in a large pan, add the peeled and minced onion very fine and fry it until it is soft and slightly golden, for about five minutes or so.





2. We clean the mushrooms (if they are fat we cut them into 4 pieces), add them to the onion and sauté them until they release the water. We season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.





3. Add the cream, half-lemon juice and cook the cream mushrooms for 3 or 4 minutes over high heat until the sauce thickens.





4. We put the mixture of the cream mushrooms in a source of serving and sprinkling with the sweet paprika.
