1. We wash, peel and chop very well: onion, garlic, sole and tomato.
2. With the ingredients already ready, the first thing will be to make the filling for Chinese empanadillas. Then, we saute the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. When they are golden, we add the sole and tomato.
3. We add a little parsley and stir well. We let it cook 5 minutes.
4. Apart, in a pot, we put the sugar and soy sauce, mix well and let it melt for 3 minutes. When the sugar is founded we will have a more creamy sauce.
5. When we have ready the fish filling and the sauce, we will put together the famous dim sum. To do this, we put a little of the filling in the rice wafers and close them well, marking the edges with a fork.
6. We put a few drops of oil in the pan and pass the dim sum very carefully so they do not break. When the Chinese empanadillas are golden, we add some water to finish cooking. We leave them 3 minutes.
7. On a plate, we put the dim sum and cover with a little sauce. We can also add some lettuce salad. And there are already the finished dim-sum!
