Ingredients to make chicken quiche, mushrooms and cheese:
1. We preheat the oven at 180 ºC and prepare a mold by spreading it with half of the butter (I use spray). Now we put the broken dough so that the mold is lined inside; We click the base using a fork and cover with a circle of vegetable paper. Fill with dry legumes and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
2. We throw the rest of the butter in a pan and, when it is melted, we fry the onion finely cut, add the chicken cut into small tacos and brown it.
3. We incorporate the mushrooms into the pan and let them cook over low heat until they are tender, remove from heat and reserve.
4. In a bowl we beat the eggs with milk and liquid cream. When everything is well beaten, we add the cheddar cheese cut into dice, chicken and reserved mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix everything well.
5. We remove the legumes and plant paper from the mold and pour the filling that we have prepared.
6. We put the savory cake in the oven and keep it for 45 minutes, or until we verify that it is cooked by clicking with a skewer and that it comes out clean.
